Location, private parking, facilities, comfort, service.
Bathroom - the door touches the tiles and creaks loud, the shower area is tiny and the drain clogs.
Privacy - it is not a private villa as advertised. The upper floor has another owner. The yard is therefore shared.

The property has a great location just 1 street behind the beach and popular restaurants. It has a lovely garden. All the furnitures and kitchen staff are brand new and very clean.
