Great location, it was clean and better than the pictures. The only thing was that if you want to drop your luggage before you check in, their office is in Nice, not Cap Ferrat. But great value for money too!

We were given very clear instructions on where to find the keys in the lockbox and the code. The communication with the host was very good

Superb location, quiet street, nice back-yard. Hosts have provided the apartment with necessary items and even more - wine was waiting for us to enjoy upon the arrival. Everything about the apartment was about as good as you could dream about. Alleyway leading from the back of the house closer to the beach/port was beautiful.
Parking under the house is for a standard small car. I was using SUV (Nissan XTrail) and ended up parking on the street anyway. Thankfully it was off-season and street places available.
