The owner and son were very nice at checkin. It was in a beautiful location and located near several restaurants.
Was a little tricky in finding the parking and very tight.

EVERYTHING! This was one of the most charming places we've stayed on a trip. The place was huge, and having two air cons and a washing machine - an absolute bonus!

The location is nice, it's relatively close to the sandy beach (around 7 minutes walk but with a lot of street crossing). The beach was fine but the stones in the water were sneaky and we hurted our toes so I preferred one in Nice. We enjoyed a swimmingpool, it was small but good for two people (works only until 20:00 though). It's close to the railway but didn't disturbe me. The parking was empty all the time. We were late for the check-in but the owner waited for us which was nice
I would say it might be one of the cheapest options in that area
The hotel is very "homey", there is no stuff except for the owner. Some people may like it but I personally prefer more "commertial" approach. WiFi for me didn't work majority of times and the owner went very defensive about it. For me it was a major drawback because small issue quickly escalated to blames with no real solution. Cleaning was just once every two days and towels were never changed while they never managed to dry, coffee capsules were not refreshed so we got only two for 3 days of stay. Instead of shower gel and shampoo, there was some soap and the smell of the bathroom wasn't my favourite
In general, if you're tight on budget, not picky and have a car, it's a good solution. If I were to do it again, I would rather go for a slightly more hotel like experience
