The location was great, the bedroom was great and clean.
The stair carpet leading to the loverly clean room was absolutely filthy so a little disappointing for your first impression.

Warm welcome, very nice people. Fresh recently refurbished bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds. Room well appointed.
Location: a stone’s throw from the seafront and pier.
First impressions not the best as works in progress - stair carpet particularly unwelcoming although understandable in the circumstances. The only slight blemish in an otherwise perfect stay.
