Great location close to beach. Easy to get in and out of town. Two bathrooms and two toilets handy. Quiet area.

I didn’t realise garbage pick up day was Tuesday. Perhaps have a note on the fridge. All good otherwise.

The location is very good. It's a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and into town. The local area has plenty of shops and restaurants. The property is fairly comfortable to live in. We did have an issue with the property during our stay, however the management company and owner were very helpful and fast to respond to the issues at the property. We could not have asked more from the staff! The driveway has plenty of space for two cars.

The property sadly wasn't very clean in places. The baby equipment was very grubby such as the cot and high chair, which we had to clean. It needs a really good clean to remove dust, stains from furniture and the sinks in the kitchen. The staircase is very difficult to use, the property does have a bedroom on the ground floor. The bedding, towels, bathmats etc are all an extra charge instead of being included in the price. The ground floor shower which was very good, could easily flood. The WiFi wasn't working while we were staying, but I understand this to be a local issue and not an issue with the property.
