About this house rental

Close to the ocean, a golf course, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Courseulles-sur-Mer Beach or the 9-minute walk to Juno Beach.

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay @ Courseules, within Simon & Clem' very lovely house. Simon has welcomed us with delicious crepes done by his wife. We were with our 3 kids (16, 13 and 11, sleeping together in the 1st floor bedroom, with my wife and I in the beautiful room on the second floor. The kitchen is small but convenient, perfect for breakfast, and quick lunches. My parents came for 2 night, spent in the little house bedroom. Simon and Clem have done an amazing job in the refurbishing of third lovely house. It's not big, but it's very very lovely, beautiful and extremely convenient. There is a 1st house, with 2 floors, and another little house offering a small kitchen/living room + bathroom and a nice bedroom on the 1st floor. There is a small but very nice garden right behind the 2 houses, and a terrasse in the forefront, prefect for outside breakfast and dinner. All in all, it's a very lovely and convenient place for a few days in Courseules. Highly recommended!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans les gîtes proposés par Clémentine et Simon. Les lieux sont agréables et joliment décorés. L'emplacement est parfait aussi bien pour des moments détente sur la plage qu'en base pour rayonner sur les différents sites liés au D-Day.Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la ville de Bayeux et sa célèbre tapisserie. Nous avons pu faire de nombreux sites très intéressants avec 6 enfants entre 4 et 15 ans. Les gîtes (maison principale et studio) sont bien achalandés (vaisselle, produits de nettoyages..) et agréables à vivre. Voici deux remerciements plus spécifiques : c'est un super idée d'avoir laissé à disposition de beaux livres sur la Normandie et le débarquement ( top les BD sur la guerre pour les plus jeunes et les livres pour les fans de polar aussi !) et encore merci pour les délicieuses crêpes et galettes (on sent le savoir-faire finistérien...) Pour finir, Clémentine et Simon sont souriants et accueillants. Un plaisir !
