Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit in Grants Pass. Very close to Interstate 5. Very close to the Rogue River (within 6 minutes) . Lots of hiking nearby within 12 minutes. Safe part of town. Close to restaurants and shopping. Under 2 hours away from the Jedediah Redwoods in Northern California. Award wining wineries nearby. A Host who is willing to assist with any questions or requests (within reason) you may have during your stay.

Recently renovated with granite countertops, wooden floors, all new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit, and a cozy home feeling.
Guest access
Guests can access the unit and outside grounds were the fire pit is located in back yard. Guests must adhere to all owner fire pit rules and state regulations regarding having fires. Fire in the approved fire pit is only allowed during the winter season and after fire season in southern Oregon is declared over.

Stayed the weekend in this tiny house. The house was cool, small, clean, and updated. The bed was firm and comfortable for me, but my partner felt it was a bit too stiff for his personal liking. The only real negative was there was a lack of ambiance that could easily be fixed with some artwork (possibly of the rogue river, or tablerock). Overall great price and stay.The neighborhood cat was my favorite
