About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Montry, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 800 m². Sheets included, towels not provided, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m² with flat screen TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- Bedroom 1 : two single beds (90).
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 800 m².
- A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Montry, in a very pleasant environment within a green setting. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, Disney Land Paris...
Activities :
- Disney Land Paris.
- Accrobranche.
- Horseback riding, fishing, walking in the woods.
- Kayaking on the Morin river and hiking in the Morin valley. Nautical activity on the Marne.
- Visit to Meaux: forming factories, Great War Museum.
- Gaumont cinema at Disney Village and VOST cinema at Val d'Europe.
- Asterix Park at 40 minutes by car.
Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly on the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
- Disney Land Paris : located at about 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport.
- Nearest train station: Montry-Condé at 10 minutes by foot.
- Nearest airport: Paris Charles de Gaulle located at about 34 minutes by car.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Clean Property, friendly and uncomplicated reception. Location calm slighlty off pist. Travelling with dogs, we slept there to visit Disneyland, worked out very well.

Natura If you want to stay somewhere quiet and very comfortable within easy reach of Disney then this is the place. We stayed here with my family of 5 adults for 4 nights and it fitted our requirements perfectly. Lovely little places nearby to eat and the tranquil surroundings make sitting outside with a glass of wine looking at the sun going down a dream.

Natura "Pros:
- very quiet area
- great heating system
- great shower with inclosure cabin
- great Wifi and phone signal
- lots of storage in all rooms
- spacious
- comfy beds
- parking for 2 vehicles
- 70"" flat screen smart TV
- plenty utensils for cooking
Cons:
-mould and dampness formed behind wardrobes, causing a musty smell around the accommodation
- no plug for bath (having a young child who doesn't do well with shower hoses was stressful for us)
- pad for spray mop wasn't fresh and no replacement pad (not great for winter when there is wet ground)
- poor ventilation caused clothes to become damp in bedrooms (windows were opened fully each day for 10 minutes to let moisture escape)
If the bath had a plug and there was no mould forming on the wardrobes and drawers, then this accommodation would be excellent."
