A spacious, bright, fully renovated 140 m² house. Located 200 m from the RER B train station, 5 stops from Notre-Dame and the center of Paris. Direct connection from Roissy CDG airport to the house. Free parking on the avenue and surrounding streets. Small private garden. Garage for 6 or 7 bikes. Bike path in front of the house, 20 minutes from Parc de Sceaux by bike. There is a small park right in front of the house, and down the steps you will find a small supermarket. There is also an organic store, “La Vie Claire,” up the avenue on the left. Great location! 5 min walk to metro. Great bakery in the same block. Close to grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious house with a cool garden! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Highly recommend the place!

Great property. Three floors with 2.5 baths. We had 7 people and everyone had part of a bed. Outdoor, private seating area. Close grocery store. Don't forget to go up the hill to the mall area if you are bored.
Access to Paris takes a few extra minutes, so plan accordingly. Still, great spot for the price.

The location was great - close to a train line. There’s a cute boulangerie down the street. The host was super communicative and hospitable. We would recommend this place!
