About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in the ski resort Le Lioran, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Calm and change of scenery assured, we are waiting for you!
The flat, in duplex, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A shower room with shower and WC
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
The flat is ideally located in Laveissière, on the resort of Le Lioran, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, ski rental, market...

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation has a private ski locker.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Rates: single bed kit (sheets + towels) 10€/bed; double bed kit (sheets + towels) 20€/bed.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.

Le Pajot "Great stay
🙂 Big window with a view on the forest, cozy beds upstairs. The smell of wood in the apartment was adorable. Kitchen small, but well equipped. Sadly no washing machine in the apartment or in the house. One can use the laundry service outside quite close to the house. There were plenty of books for kids and social games. We were in summer. To recommend for stay!
🙁 You have to bring your own towels and bed linen. It would be nice if that was provided. Also a washing machine would be nice."
