This 2-bedroom apartment is conveniently located near the Menaggio lakeside in a serene, sunny area and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. The first-floor apartment (with lift) welcomes guests to unwind in a wonderful holiday ambience with its magnificent, private garden with a romantic open-air dining area and blissful lake-view location. There is also a large, communal swimming pool access for the guests, along with sun loungers to sun-bathe at leisure.
There is a relaxing living room inside, together with contemporary conveniences like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Large picture windows and stunning views of Lake Como can be enjoyed from every corner of this vibrant and free-flowing retreat, perfect for summer. The apartment\'s kitchen is sleek and furnished with all the amenities needed for a relaxing trip, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, induction hob and toaster.

This place is amazing. Great location. Safe for families and extremely clean and has all the necessities. I only had one issue. I tried to get a hold of them and got no reply via phone or message.

- great location, a few minutes from the lake/ferry/downtown by feet
- accomodation is very modern, good Equipment, great pool, garden, lake view
- easy communication with the Office by whatsapp. The Office ist also nearly to the accomodation
- defects: air conditioner didn't work at first. The employeers came directly after contacting the Office; after two days we had no warm water. We communicated this to the Office, bit nobody came to fix it so we had two days without warm water

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Located near everything and possible the nicest town around lake como. So much to do for the family in this area. The apartment was perfect for a family of 6. We will be staying here again in the future.
