With its close proximity to the championship golf and the highlights of Menaggio and the central lake, the scene is set for memorable year-round holidays!
The luxury 3 storey villa is perfectly suited for accommodating groups of 8, and is conveniently pet-friendly too; for the ultimate home-away-from-home experience.
To the ground floor, guests can easily soak up a spot of holiday indulgence to the living area, which oozes a carefree ambience in which to unwind and entertain with guests. Surrounding the ambient warmth of the open fireplace, the stylish leather sofa suite enables guests to cosy up in the winter months and enjoy a favourite film, to the SAT TV provided.
Next to the sitting area, a fabulous dining area for 8 is adorned by a striking light feature and spectacular lake views; for that instant ‘wow factor’. An iPod docking station is also on hand to make sure your dinner party hits the right note.
Leading through from the dining area, the fully-equipped contemporary kitchen diner is suitably stylish; with chic slate grey cabinets complimented by integrated appliances that include a cooker hob, oven, frdige, freezer, dishwasher alongside a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The villa was simply made for entertaining; with the basement home to a striking wine cellar. Here guests can savour the perfect wine tasting evening; alongside the ambience of a roaring fire and candlelight.
Outside, the private sunny garden offers a lovely setting for hosting evening drinks at sunset and for savouring unforgettable lake view moments in the summertime, with an ‘alfresco’ BBQ or two.
All equally stylish and inviting, the villa’s 4 luxury bedrooms are set for savouring a guilt-free holiday slumber.
The ground floor double bedroom provides a wonderful guest room, whilst the first floor comprises two double bedrooms ideal for couples (each with their own lake view terrace) and a fourth bedroom furnished with a twin set of single beds.
A contemporary bathroom fitted with a power shower features to the ground floor, whilst upstairs a chic family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower perfectly complements the principal sleeping accommodation. Modern laundry facilities also feature within the villa, for added convenience.

Property was fine. Address given was WRONG. Took an hour to find as well as a helpful neighbor.

The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The address provided was incorrect, it is number 29 rather than 9 so that caused some confusion when we arrived. It is also uphill from the town so would recommend a car or a taxi. There were no Ubers available in Menaggio. The view from the property is beautiful and the house worked well for us.

The house in itself is beautiful, and the location is truly nice, with a beautiful view. Especially from the bedrooms you have a great view over the lake.
It would have been a 5 star review if not for the condition of the maintenance of the house. I've seen reviews on google with added pictures, so the problems we saw where already existent and could/should have been fixed in my opinion. Some examples are: cupboards falling a part, missing shelves, mold in the shower, and peeling paint. Also, the kitchen inventory is very small (especially glasses and mugs are in short supply).
But the beds were the worst. One of the queensize beds had a wooden board as base for the matrass.
So in short, a part from the state of it, the house is perfect! And the sad part is that with not too much money (less than we paid for a week), most of it could be fixed easily.
Would I recommend a holiday here: yes I definitely would, because of the location, environment and the house in general. But I would also recommend the owner to fix the issues in a proper way.. to go from 2 or 3 star reviews to 5 stars easily...
