Awesome location next to San Gimignano. Apartment was very clean and check in uncomplicated, great value for money.
Unfortunately the walls in the bungalow were very thin and we could hear our neighbours a lot and everytime they were entering or exiting their part of the bungalow it was shaking. It was also relatively cold despite turning on the heating.

For us a bit further on the Via Francigena made the next day shorter. All clean basic cabin with good shower. Nice bar with good coffee and cornetto for breakfast.
It was very cold and we couldn’t get the heater to work so everything was damp in the morning. Fortunately there were extra duvets.

The location is excellent, close to San Gimignano. The many trees provide shade and a fresh environment, making it very quiet and pleasant. The camping restaurant was an unexpected positive surprise – at least equal to any of the trattorias we visited during our 10-day road trip.
As points of improvement, having a TV in the room would be appreciated, especially for longer stays. In addition, the sound insulation between rooms could be improved.

The location is fantastic - so close to San Giminagno - check in was really easy. The lady on reception was multilingual and was very knowledgeable about where to go.
No towels which we thought was a shame.
Could have been cleaner too.
Swimming pool also shuts from 1st September.

"Excellent location - you could walk to San Gimingnano if you like walking, all on the flat. The pool adjacent excellent with very clean loos.a cafe, changing rooms. Lovely chairs under the trees.
