About this apartment rental
One-bedroom apartment of 50 sqm on the second floor with balcony and view over the hamlet and the countryside.
One double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen (4 electric plates, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine), one bathroom with shower. Other facilities: mosquito screen, Tv, Wi-Fi connection, hairdryer. Pets not allowed
This tiny, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).
At guest’s disposal are a restaurant, a bar, a pizzeria, a table tennis table, a children playground, a laundry room, a barbecue, and a swimming pool (12x8 m, open from June to September), as well as a children’s pool.
The holiday resort enjoys a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside as well as over the Tuscan Archipelago. The resort consists of an old, completely renovated, colonial house, with apartments and a restaurant, and of other holiday homes in smaller buildings.
Apartments: ca. 30 accommodations of various sizes, tastefully furnished, each with private garden or terrace, Wi-Fi connection.
Surroundings and distances: Pomaia’s town centre is at 1 km; here one can find a bar café, a small supermarket, a chemist’s and a bank. The worldwide renowned Tibetan Buddhist centre, Tzong Khapa, is at 600 m, an opportunity for interreligious encounters and relaxation. Volterra is at 48 km, Pisa 60 km, Bolgheri at 40 km. For the youngest (and not only): we suggest the water park Acqua Village in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). On site it is possible to book excursions with mountain bikes, on horseback, or quad tours.
Damage deposit € 100. Incl. gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, heating. Not included and to be paid on location: Extra cleaning € 30, bed linen and towels change € 15, washing machine. Pets not allowed.

Appartement agréable dans un lieu avec une vue superbe aux belles couleurs de la Toscane. Résidence au calme, propre, bien entretenue, personnel très à l'écoute, gentil, disponible. Petit village de Pomaia sympa a 10 minutes à pieds.
