Fantastic location, really central. Check-in was self service, so I saw no staff at all during my stay, but there were phone numbers if needed. My room was lovely. A good size, with a little shower room attached. Really nice toiletries. Plenty of tea & coffee. Lovely comfy bed. I wished I was staying longer...
The bath towel is too small (it's a common gripe of mine!)
The wash-basin tap is FIERCE! I sprayed water all over the bathroom, & had to mop up with loo roll! Minor problems, though.
