There was not a breakfast included in this price, but tea , coffee and cookies were and fresh milk

Fantastic place in the heart of St. Ives and yet quietly tucked away with an amazing view. Lovely touches with toiletries, milk and water. I’m local and was a little treat night away. Next morning owner offered to look after my backpack if I wanted to spend more time in town. Super place and people.

Location. Short walk into St Ives. Hot shower. Clean.
Too warm. Too much unnecessary clutter in the room and bedstead too big for the room
