Great central location with off street parking a must for Spalding.
Three good sized bedrooms, teenage girls loved the big upstairs rooms (one each)
Once we got the heating sorted - nice and warm.
The en-suite could do with more shelving
and the downstair bedroom could do with a heated towel rail.
2 keys would have been handy
second cloths dry would be handy, 2 adults plus 2 teenage girls = lots of washing!

The property was large, spotlessly clean and stylish. Check in & out were straightforward and communication was generally good. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. Parking was excellent for two vehicles and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed sitting out in the garden area. The location of the cottage was ideal for our visit and for walks around the area.
We did have some issues with the electrics, but upon contacting the host a handyman and a duty manager visited the property to ensure we were safe and comfortable. Although the problem was intermittent and thus challenging and they were unable to rectify during our short stay, they were attentive and helpful.
