Good location, from here it is easy to get to many places in New Forest. It's just off a main road but behind some buildings. It's overall a comfortable space. Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst just a short drive away, and easy to get to here from the Lymington ferry.
There's a private entrance to get in and out of the property rather than through the main gate of the host, and in the dark there are motion sensor lights so you're not stumbling about. Heating worked well in the cold weather. There was a booklet of instructions and nearby walks which was really useful.
The location isn't obvious, do be sure to message the host in advance to get some instructions on how to find the place.
Mine was a short stay but I think people staying bit longer would appreciate a few things - a sponge for washing dishes, dishwasher tablets, some kitchen rolls, and bowls. . We found several utensils and cups were dirty and required re-washing, so tablets are especially needed.
The symbols on the oven dial are worn out, making it difficult to operate.
Some things need some cleaning, including kettle and shower.
Wifi didn't work during our stay but maybe just bad timing on our part?

Really beautifully presented apartment, very smart, very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. Easy parking right outside the property, fantastic access to the forest and could walk one minute up the road to a brewery which did great beers and street food, or one minute the other way to the pub!

Was in a nice location close to places to eat and drink and to new forest
Didn’t sleep well very hot so had to open windows , owners of a joining house came back late at night so lots of movement with cars and lights very broken sleep and room very light
