Welcome to your ultimate mountain retreat in Frisco, Colorado! Whether you're planning a short weekend stay or an extended getaway, this cozy cabin is the perfect spot to live, relax and enjoy the mountain life.
This home boasts a prime location that caters to both winter and summer activities. You'll be just a stone's throw away from Whole Foods, Epic Mountain Rental Gear and Outer Range Brewery, making it easy to stock up on supplies or grab a drink after a long day of outdoor adventure. If skiing or snowboarding is on the agenda, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge Mountain and Keystone are just a short drive away, while Vail Resort is a mere 25 minutes from your doorstep.
As you step inside the cabin, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting layout that spans four levels. On the bottom level, you'll find an oversized bedroom complete with two full beds, a full bathroom, and a Smart TV, providing a cozy and private space for couples or a small family.
Head up to the first floor where you'll find an open-concept kitchen and living room, fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a traditional gas fireplace to create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Take in the fresh mountain air on the back patio, which features a BBQ grill and ample seating for lounging and socializing. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a sunroom filled with tables and couches, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun, playing games or enjoying a meal together. The first floor also has a full bathroom for added convenience.
On the second level, there are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The larger of the two rooms features a plush king bed, a pullout queen sofa sleeper, and a private deck with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The second primary bedroom comes with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a dresser, closet, and a Smart TV, making the 2nd floor perfect for two couples. A full laundry unit is also available on this floor.
Finally, the top level provides breathtaking views of the mountains, lake, and beautiful Frisco neighborhood, making it perfect for a kids' room or family with a bunk bed, twin bed, large dresser, and closet space. Outside, you can enjoy the backyard surrounded by towering pine trees, take a walk around the peaceful neighborhood, or play catch with your family. We're also pet-friendly, and welcome your furry friend with open arms for a small $50 fee (please bring your own pet supplies).
Please note that quiet time is required between 10pm and 7am, in accordance with Frisco rules. Additionally, four cars are allowed on the property, and street parking is not permitted.

Perfect home for the 10 of us for thanksgiving holiday. Great floor plan for the children on the 3rd floor. Parents on the 2nd floor and grandparents in the basement. Sufficient kitchen dishes, pans, items for many meals for a large family. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Close to town of frisco. Quiet nieghborhood. TVs in everyroom . Cozy fire! Overall lovely comfortable VRBO !

My wife and daughter and I from California meet my cousin and his wife from Kentucky. We had a great time enjoying Colorado and Greg’s house it was a perfect place meet. Greg was great to work with always quick to respond to emails.the house was had everything we needed and great location. We loved our time at your house. Thank you Mike H.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean and very well cared for. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests and questions, even the ones that would have already been answered if I had read the helpful guest binder before reaching out.
