The Perfect Home in an Unbeatable Location!
Our unit is on the second floor with 1887sq. ft. of space to stretch out. Completely remodeled. Perfect to invite your friends over for dinner or maybe just a cocktail before you go out on the town. Enormous Quartz Counter seating 12. The kitchen has all the whistles and bells! You will actually enjoy cooking for everyone! The LEGRAND power strip can be found under the cabinets. Plug in your smart phone and get ready to listen to your playlists or relax on the couch and turn on your favorite show. You can also find a movie from our assortment. A Perfect way to relax after your busy day on the slopes.
If you are still feeling a little bit stiff and sore from the day's activities, the steam room (easily seats 4) and the intimate 2-person Bain Air Tub can melt all your stress away. Or simply use the soaking tub on the main

Afterwards, have fun with the kids playing with one of the many games or stretching out on the couches and watching a video. It's all set up with an entertainment center, DVD player, Netflix, Amazon Prime or Roku.
Now all you have to do is select a bed, all are queen size including the fold outs except the bunk beds downstairs and crawl into bed. All are NEW Casper Mattresses! Each of the 3 bedrooms are en suite and all 3 have large walk in closets and private baths.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet and a brand new bathroom with an oversized shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a set of bunk beds, walk in closet, along with a brand new full bath that includes a deep soaking tub, double sinks and toilet.
The third bedroom is located on the second floor, it has a queen bed, a walk-in closet and a brand new full bathroom with a Bain air jetted deep soaking 2 person tub, double sinks and toilet. It also has a separate steam room which seats 3-4 comfortably and includes a brand new shower.
Bonus Powder Room in the Loft.
All bedrooms have large oversized closets, and fabulous views.
Ideally located only one block to Main Street with all the restaurants and shops that Frisco has to offer and the Free Summit County Stage which will take you to all of the ski resorts as well as the Silverthorne Factory Stores and the New Recreation Center. One block to the tennis courts.
The loft area comes with two fold out queen couches and a powder room, large screen wall mounted tv, wine refrigerator, bar sink and fireplace.
Our unit is fully equipped with all the conveniences from a large full sized washer and dryer, tv's, cd player, two fireplaces, deck, grill, and a kitchen complete with brand new appliances including an induction cooktop, under cabinet lighting, pop up outlets, hidden trash, Lutron lighting, overhead track and task lighting, large quartz slab island. Great spot!! Location was perfect! One block from downtown. Place is loaded with supplies! Never seen anything like it! It was perfect for our family reunion - highly recommend

In town with family and friends for a family wedding. We stayed for 5 days to enjoy Frisco, the wedding, and the surrounding towns. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations! Comfy beds, very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, 2 block walk to downtown. We enjoyed the kitchen with its huge island and spent a lot of late-night time sitting around chatting. This condo was unique in that all essentials were generously available. The owners ask that you leave any non-perishables for the next guests, which we did, and many had before us. We would definitely book this property again! Thank you for a great stay in Frisco!

Loved the updated space blocks from Main Street. Extremely convenient and had everything we needed. Great views and easy access to skiing.

Perfect place for our 3 family ski trip! We loved how well stocked the condo was! It had everything we needed to cook at home and pack lunches to eat on the mountains. Spacious kitchen used every night to hang out, while the kids played games and watched movies upstairs! We had a great time! Thank you for your prompt communication. The only things we would suggest would be to tighten the bunk beds as they were very loose. The other thing I would check would be the lock on the front door. The piece that holds the door closed was very loose and we had to keep pushing it back in to close the door.Thank you for a great place for our mountain getaway!!
