The good: Really cute, updated, nice decor, comfy furniture, and fully stocked. Super clean inside. Great location right near beach access.
The not so good: Filthy windows made it hard to see clearly outside and obstructed the nice views. Hot tub not very private - we felt like we were right in front of all the neighbors windows. Wished there was a space with a larger couch so the whole family could comfortably watch a movie together but we made it work.
We also had a bad experience with communication with the management company. They failed to communicate to us that our check in time was pushed out by 2 hours after receiving an initial text it would be at 4….arrived at 4 with fresh/frozen groceries to be told to come back. The housekeeper was trying her best and did a great job but the office should have communicated with us better. I’d recommend contacting them before you head there to make sure they will be ready when they said they would.

The house was great and worked well for us. The ice maker didn’t work and the fusball table did not have the ball.
