This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great time. Loved the fireplace and ocean waves right outside. Very organized and clean. Lots of spices in the cupboard...everything you need for a great stay.

My wife and I have been coming to the D'Sands for over 10 years and always enjoyed our stays. We also love Lincoln City with its charm and the great restaurant choices.
Our last stay in mid-September started out wonderful as usual. On the second evening, we experienced something we had never seen before. It was an infestation of small bugs which covered sections of the ceiling. They seemed to be coming out of small holes in the ceiling. It was very disconcerting to see so many bugs flying around. After taking pictures and videos, we called the hotel desk and were transferred to an answering service. The person who took the call was nice and professional. She informed us the message would be sent and someone would call us in the morning. We were able to turn off the lights and go to sleep. In the morning there were a lot of dead bugs along the fireplace mantle.
We received a call from Clarissa the next morning after we had checked out to follow up. She was also nice and professional and listened carefully as we recounted the events of the night before as well as what we saw in the morning. She stated they would look into it and get back to us. It's been three weeks and we have not yet heard back.
Overall, our stay was good, however, we don't want anyone to have the same flying bug experience.
