About this farm stay rental
Welcome to the PFM House, the perfect country retreat for outdoor enthusiasts! Located between Sherman and Panama, New York on Wait Corners Road, this beautifully renovated farmhouse features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a remodeled kitchen, an indoor hot tub, and plenty of space for up to 13 overnight guests. The house's Great Room and outdoor spaces are perfect for retreats, business meetings, weddings and family gatherings.
Beautiful renovated farmhouse in a perfect country location. The house is located between Sherman and Panama, New York on Wait Corners Road next to the Heron Farm and Event Center. The Heron hosts summer concerts and fun family activities most weekends. This renovated 2 story tri level brick farm house has WiFi, radiant floor heating and features 4 bedrooms, a remodeled kitchen, 2.5 baths, spacious living and dining rooms, a huge 2 story great room, and a covered sunroom with hot tub. The home is located on 50+ acres of rolling fields and forest with trails all around. The property is adjacent to the North Harmony State Forest offering miles of trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The Overland Trail is right around the corner. Well behaved pets are welcome. Overnight horse boarding may be available, contact host for details.

PFM Ventures started in 2019, born from love and conceived during an event at The Heron next door called The Great Rhythm Revival (GRR). This house and it’s 63 acres of land had come up for sale, and a large group of like-minded individuals banded together and made the purchase possible. Many of the 47 investors had different ideas of what the house and property could become, but we all had, and continue to have, an intention of greater good and building community.
During the GRR event, the event director had a mantra…...Pure F***-ing Magic! That’s how PFM Ventures got its name, because this place is just that!!!
The Heron Farm & Event Center is considered our “sister” property. Although we work in synergy, access to the events and property are not included in the cost of your rental. Feel free to stop over via the Main entrance down the road, call or check the website for all details about weekend events and farm store offerings!

The location of this rental was very accommodating to our needs. We were visiting our son from out of town and we were minutes from the major towns. We loved the seclusion and the cows across the road. It reminded us of being back home. The rental home was very lovely and spacious. The host was quick to response with our questions. We were all very pleased with this rental and we would certainly come back again.

The home was great! We wanted to ski at peak and peek but not enough snow, but we still had great family time , and the Browns secured their spot in the playoffs!

If your looking for a quite get away with family and or friends book this place! You can’t get more prefect setting! It’s right in the middle of Amish country with cows right next door but still only a few mins from a town. The house is beautifully remodeled the right way! There’s plenty of space for a large group to be comfortable, we had 6 adults and 3 kids! The hot tub room is a huge bonus! We really loved our stay and look forward to booking again!
