The property is really nice and up to date in a high standard. Plenty of space with 3 rooms, walk in closet and nice bathroom on first floor, Ground floor with new well-equipped kitchen, living room, two large storage rooms and toilet. Separately controlled air-conditions in all rooms and solar shutters on all windows, which is nice when the outdoor temp. 35 decrease The outdoor terrasse and pool arear is simply fantastic and totally private. Elmar (the host) comes twice a week to clean the pool and is easily accessible and very helpful in all matters. Parking in front of the house. In Cogolin you find everything in waking distance from the house, and in short driving distance the beautiful coastline of the French riviera and Saint Tropez. Really recommend this house and Elmar as a host for at great family vacation. Family Hallengren, July 2024
