A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 13-minute drive to Cavalaire Landing Beach or the 12-minute drive to Plage de la Bouillabaisse (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend a day at the nearby beach, relax by the private pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1507-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Traumblick! Schöner geht es überhaupt nicht....wunderbarer Pool (sogar mit Poolbar inkl Kühlschrank) und so verwinkelt aufgeteilt, dass sich auch 2 Familien nicht auf der Pelle sitzen würden. Die Kritik einiger Vorgänger, irgendwelche Sitzmöbel seien angeschlagen, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Erstens hatten wir zB. 4 ganz neue Liegen mit noch unberührten Matelas, Zweitens ist bei dem Klima jedes Jahr wieder etwas zu erneuern (das ist halt so) und Drittens: wer schaut bei diesem Blick schon auf das Sitzmöbel? Wem bei all' dieser Schönheit an Blick und Natur nicht das Herz aufgeht, der hat da auch nichts verloren! Wir haben es aus tiefster Seele genoosen!

Sehr schönes Haus, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schöne Außenanlage, ein bisschen verwahrlost, aber sehr gemütlich... wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen... leider, leider keine Klimaanlage, bei uns war es schon sehr heiß...

Auf Grund der schönen Bilder haben wir uns auf eine tolle Urlaubswoche gefreut. Leider waren alle Gartenmöbel in einem sehr, sehr schlechten Zustand. Alle hatten einen Schaden. Auch die Küchenmöbel sind in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Manche Schubladen fallen beim Öffnen auseinander. Die Kleiderschränke waren voll mit Bettwäsche und konnten von uns nur teilweise genutzt werden. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr schlecht gereinigt. Der Poolbereich war unaufgeräumt und mit sehr viel trocken Laub bedeckt, was wir dann selbst gesäubert hatten. Der Poolboden war nicht besonders sauber. Meine abschließende Meinung zu diesem Haus: Eine wunderbare Lage, leider aber nicht gut gepflegt. In dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir gute, intakte Gartenmöbel und ein sauberes, funktionstüchtiges Haus. Ich empfehle dringend, eine oder 2 Wochenmieten in die Erneuerung von Gartenmöbeln und Küchenmöbeln zu investieren und das Reinigungspersonal zu wechseln, dann ist das wieder ein Haus, das auch wir gerne wieder buchen würden.
