It’s a great location, a short walk into town and the Waterloo Arms is on,y 5 min walk. We were a group of 5 couples staying for weekend bike riding around the new Forest . You can directly access the Forest from the house without having to go on any busy roads and there is a safe bike store/ shed. All the rooms have great en suite facilities and all rooms are double and are all are as good as each other . The common area space is ample with great kitchen / diner and adjacent sitting room with a great fire pit out side
The only downside is that it is on the main road and can be a tad noisy first thing although house is double glazed , but benefits outweigh this

Really good spaces for a large family and large bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Excellent for exploring and well positioned to walk into the village centre.
Road noise all day makes the garden area unusable.
For such a good quality house and for the price the beds and bed linen should be better.

The decoration and the garden at the property was exceptional. All bedrooms were excellent so nobody got the small one. The location was superb to explore the NF
Right next to the road but for a weekend this wasn't an issue
