Nice comfortable hotel very spacious nice cosy rooms and clean swimming pool
No complaints really a bit of a mix up with the costing but staff were very helpful

We liked the buffet breakfast as there was a fairly good choice of food.
The location was good as we were able to walk into Lyndhurst for evening meals and bars.
The swimming pool was good and the changing rooms were adequate; a bench in the changing rooms would have been helpful.
The quiet room was a welcome relief from noisy and misbehaving children in the breakfast room!
I was under the impression when booking this hotel that 'Breakfast included' meant a full English breakfast and not a continental breakfast, as was the case. If we wanted a full English breakfast then there was an additional charge of £10 per person. This should have been made clear at the booking stage, as we would probably have not booked this hotel for that reason alone.

Very convenient location for Lyndhurst and surrounding area.
The continental breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive.
Beginning to show its age. The hot water system needs a bit of an update, low pressure and not very warm water.Some of the carpets need replacing.

Wonderful surroundings in New Forest. Great parking.
No room service, no cleaning. House has no sound insulation, you can hear everything that goes on beside your room and above and below. Corridor extremely loud.

"The layout has nice features like a doggy diner, cellar with large screen tv, nice pool, four poster bed and a comprehensive dining menu.
The venue could be closer for travel convenience.
