This spacious ground floor 2-bedroom 2 bathroom condo can accommodate 6 guests and has all the comforts of home. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with 5 barstools. The dining table has seating for 4. Washer and Dryer for convenience. Just 1/2 mile up river, the Comal River converges with the Guadalupe River. River outfitters are numerous and will rent tubes or rafts and shuttle you back to your car.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bathroom convenient to guest bedroom and living area. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Kick back with a glass of wine on the patio to relax and unwind after a day on the river. This complex has a pool, community charcoal grills and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. This condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool to the river’s edge. They are adding a 2nd access to the river, but it is not complete yet.

Just a short drive to the Comal River! Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1 1/2 away!! Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Close to downtown New Braunfels, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No Pets Allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
