Great peaceful location, but close to Brighton, with excellent facilities for our dogs.

the hosts kindly provided milk, instant coffee, tea etc. Well equiped kitchen. Small low fenced garden which was fine for letting the dog out first thing / last thing. Off road parking. Hosts very helpful and friendly.
Lovely views and short drive to the beach which was fab for the dog. Dog friendly pubs nearby. 15 min walk to the local shops.
My dog is reactive to other dogs so had to keep him on the lead in the garden as the fence was low and overlooked a public footpath used by dog walkers to get to the fields etc. Alleyway to the entrance of the property was also a public right of way so had to be check before coming out with my dog to make sure the cost was clear to get to my car.

The location was fantastic! We loved waking up to look over the grassland! Maldon especially loved the grassy garden !

The location was perfect, walk out of the door onto the footpath for the south Downs. sitting on the decking overlooking the countryside, and watching the wildlife, ducks, pheasants, and Roe deer. the property contained everything we needed and exceeded all our expectations. The Hosts Brian and Pam were very friendly, and shared their local knowledge with us, and were very helpful at all times,
