Spacious apartment, elegantly decorated with antique furnishings and all the modern amenities you need. Spectacular mountain and town views. Very central location. Mittenwald itself is absolutely charming. Our hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and could happily have stayed much longer.

The location of the hotel is very good, just near the train station. There are delicious restaurants downstairs and supermarket opposite. I recommend the Indian restaurant opposite. The interior is very tidy, the furniture is exquisite and tidy, and the outdoor scenery through the windows and balcony is also very good. The owner provided us with free drinks and tea, and the kitchen facilities were fully equipped for cooking.
We arrived at Mittenwald after 11am on Friday. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that no one was there, so we called the landlord to ask how to enter the room and check in. The landlord told us that we could only check in after 1pm. in, so we had lunch at the Indian restaurant next to us and waited until the designated time. After leading us into the room, the landlord started saying that we couldn't go to a place and then contacted him directly to say to come into the room we booked, which was rude. After I booked a hotel for a specific date on booking.com, can I still contact the hotel host after arriving at the hotel? We have never experienced such a problem during our travels. Next, the landlord began to introduce his room in a conceited manner, and asked us if we recognized his shower oil and the brand (L’OCCITANE). He also said that it was a very high-end French brand, and he also said His furniture is also very high-end. This made us feel uncomfortable because he acquiesced to us without knowing us at all. Not knowing his "French high-end bath oil" would harm his "high-end" furniture. The landlord did a good job in other aspects, but the way he communicated and his natural arrogance made me feel uncomfortable.
