the house is a beautiful,even tho the interior is a bit old and dated,but it had a charm.The room was clean.The location is good.It’s situated 2 min away from the train station.There are alot of good hikes nearby and it’s one train station from garmisch or mittenwald.
the only thing i didn’t like is there is only one restaurant in klais,which is located on a busy road about 10 min from the property,but that is not the property’s fault.Just something to keep in mind.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable with everything you need. Amazing view on the mountain, huge balcony. Owner was very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Kitchen is filled with everything needed for a good stay. Good free parking. Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wir waren mit dem kleinen Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit Kochzeile, kleinem Bad mit Dusche und kleiner Terrasse seitlich vom Haus sehr zufrieden, für zwei Personen ideal. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher unterstellen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, sie wohnen im selben Gebäude und sind somit bei Bedarf erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön auch für Radler und die Wohnung liegt nahe beim Bahnhof.
Vielleicht ein weiterer Liegestuhl für die zweite Person,
die Töpfe hatten keine Deckel, es gab keine Knoblauchpresse, aber es geht natürlich auch ohne!
