The apartment is spacious and bright, with all necessary amenities. The rooms are decently decorated with plenty of storage space and extra comfortable beds. It is located next to a very authentic and vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants offering equisit Macedonian cuisine.Yet, the street is quite peaceful, with no night noise. The manager was extremely polite and helpful, from the very first contact till the end of our stay.

Ein wirklich tolles, neu renoviertes Apartment mit Balkon & Gartennutzung.
Der Vermieter Sam legt viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. Man kann sich jederzeit mit Fragen an ihn wenden, sehr freundlich.
Viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Stadt sind vom Apartment aus zu FuĂ einfach erreichbar.
In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es alles, was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf benötigt: SupermĂ€rkte, eine Apotheke, einen Bauernmarkt, KaffeehĂ€user und viele Restaurants.

A szĂĄllĂĄsadĂłnk nagyon rugalmas Ă©s nagyon segĂtĆkĂ©sz volt, bĂĄrmi kĂ©rdĂ©sĂŒnk volt, azonnal vĂĄlaszolt, rögtön segĂtett, többet adott, mint amit eleve kĂ©rdeztĂŒnk. A szĂĄllĂĄs szuperkĂ©nyelmes, lĂ©gkondis, tökĂ©letes wifivel, mosĂłgĂ©ppel felszerelt. Nagyon sokat segĂtett, hogy kaptunk vizet Ă©s kĂĄvĂ©kapszulĂĄt Ă©rkezĂ©skor (egyĂ©b meglepetĂ©st is, de ez volt a legfontosabb a tĂșlĂ©lĂ©shez, mert vasĂĄrnap zĂĄrva vannak a boltok). Ami a legeslegjobb volt, hogy az utca vĂ©gĂ©n rengeteg szĂłrakozĂłhely van elĂ©g közel ahhoz, hogy ne kelljen meggondolni, hogy elugrunk-e, elĂ©g tĂĄvol ahhoz, hogy ne zavarja a pihenĂ©st nyitott ablakkal sem.

The apparrtment is huge, quiet, beutifuly decorated, and very comfortable. It is bright because of its large windows, but it is also cool because of the surrounding trees that create pleasant shade almost throughout the day. We were there during hot summer days but we barely had to turn on the a/c, which are conveniently located in every room in the appartment. The neighborhood is excellent too - many restaurants and a large city park are within the walking distance. You also get to park your car right in front of the building in a reserved parking space. Shoutout to the owner, Sam, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with regarding all the logistics. I highly reccommend the place to any visitor to Skopje.
