The woman working at the reception in the mornings was really very kind. She handled all our procedures promptly. The rooms and the location were very good.
The only issue was that the internet didn’t work in our room.

To get to the room you need to go through a door that connects the hotel to the building next door. There was no elevator so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, the staircase were filthy and the windows broken, we even saw a cockroach on the way to our room.
