Great location, stunning outlook. Warm and comfortable.
Arrived at night, there was no lighting so it was difficult to access the property, bring a torch!
Booking procedure via Effective Stays was involved and inconvenient and included added cost, would not book an Effective Stays property again.

Perfect location and beautiful views, so comfortable.
The property was perfectly set out had everything you needed, so easy to get into town, on the river. The most beautiful garden, with fantastic apple tree, we made apple sauce. It was the perfect weekend break, definitely coming back.

Excellent location within a short walking distance of the centre of Shrewsbury and the river Severn at the bottom of the garden.
Be warned, there is almost no storage for your clothes; there is a small hanging rail in the utility cupboard but no drawers, so expect to be living out of your suitcase.

We liked the location, the guidance for check in, and the reserved car park space. The garden is beautiful on thd riverside
No storage facilities in bedroom, bathroom or in the kitchen part of the studio. All the toiletries had to be placed on the floor. No drawers for clothes in the bedroom. Such a shame as it's a lovely place with plenty of space.
