Apartment for rent (renovated and modernized) for up to 6 people (it's perfect for 4 people because there are two sleeping areas // and a sofa bed in the living room).
The apartment is located on a private 40-hectare pine forest estate in Six-Fours-les-Plages.
FREE, SECURED PARKING ON THE ESTATE.
WEEKLY RATES (summer period from July to August).
Contact us directly for short stays (2-night minimum). For your information, there is an additional fee for short stays (less than one week).
In addition, for the 5th and 6th person, there is an additional €20 per day per person.
The Estate has a supervised water park in the summer (heated Olympic-sized pool, heated paddling pool, water jets, jacuzzi, pool with slide). This water park is open from June 15 to September 15.
The prices for pool admission are:
* Children under 6: free,
* Children 6 to 12: €3 for the day,
* Children 13 and over: €5 for the day.
You will need to contact the association's office, which is located near the pool. Similarly, to access the tennis courts, you will need to contact the association to reserve and pay for the hourly rate.
This estate is just steps from the beach and offers a multitude of activities (tree climbing, mini-golf, children's playground, tennis courts, pétanque courts, soccer fields, basketball court, mountain biking, evening entertainment, hiking, and jet ski rentals at the bottom of the estate).
At the bottom of the estate and close to the beach, there are shops (restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, etc.).
The apartment is a one-bedroom cabin located in the center of the estate. It can accommodate up to 6 people. View of the pine forest.

* Enclosed children's cabin (90x200 bunk beds),
* Rapido sofa bed (140x190 bed) in the living room. Sheets and linens not provided.
* The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven (230 degrees), microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cutlery for 12).
* A high chair is available for your baby/child if needed.
* Flat-screen TV with TNT.

- Pets not allowed.
- Mandatory security deposit: €750 per stay.
- Administrative fees: €60 to be added.
