Прекрасный дом для отдыха с семьей, до красивого песочного пляжа 3 минуты пешком. При этом есть свой спуск к морю. Живописное место. Прекрасный вид на море из каждого окна. На кухне есть все приготовления самой разнообразной еды. Дом с прекрасной атмосферой, хоть и нуждается в наведении порядка. Мы провели здесь прекрасный отпуск. Спасибо!

Das Haus befindet sich in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von Portissol. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse und Meerblick. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur zwei Minuten und es gibt einen etwas abenteuerlichen direkten Zugang zum Meer direkt vor dem Haus. Die Küche ist perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das restliche Mobiliar ist zweckmäßig. Im unteren Geschoss gibt es einen schmucklosen Raum mit drei Doppelstockbetten, den wir nicht genutzt haben. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man eine gute Bäckerei und auch das Zentrum von Sanary sur Mer ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben die entspannten Tage und den Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen.
Einrichtung und Möbel sind etwas einfach, wie bei Strand Apartments üblich. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful location, quiet place with a great view of the sea from the terrace. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, comfortable living room. Private parking place. Many single beds, so possibility to come here in a bigger group or with the children. House is close to the beach and in walking distance to the city center.
Steep stairs to the downstairs bedroom, which may be difficult for older or not physically fit persons.
The stair lighting cannot be turned on from the bedroom on the garden level, which causes problems when going to the toilet at night.
Cleaning could be done more precisely e.g. there was dust in the bedroom and in the bathroom

la propreté. Quantité de mouchoirs utilisés derrière et sous les lits. chambre du bas poussièreuse avec du sable sur les sols.
Les locataires précédents n'ont pas été regardants! Il serait bienvenu de prévoir un nettoyage entre les locataires.
