Honestly, the bed was comfy and the pillow was also comfy. The staff are really nice but there’s heaps of yelling outside all night, which honestly if you’re real tired then that’s okay, you’ll sleep through it. Expect cold showers, usually cold showers arnt too bad but Switzerland's cold is cold. Also the photos they have posted are very old, it is not clean and shower doors broken and if the portable fans arnt on in the hallway then it smells like vomit. Also there was this man that like permanently lived in the room I was in which is okay, but he would light his toes on fire with a lighter and then spray them with deodorant and then light them up again…. odd.

Staff is super friendly and always available. Location is very close to the red light district, so it’s a bit sketchy but nothing too bad. The hostel is pretty small but in a cozy way. For anyone looking for a solid discount spot in Zurich I would recommend it.
