Easy access with the digital keys, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. I faced difficulties during check-in processes, the team was always supportive and quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
However, I did encounter some difficulty in locating my room and I found myself wandering around for a while before finally finding my room. This was a bit frustrating, especially after a long journey.
Additionally, I noticed that the room was a bit dusty. While it was generally clean, the dust was noticeable on some surfaces, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.
The biggest issue was the bed, which was itchy and uncomfortable. This significantly affected my sleep quality and overall enjoyment of the stay.
Despite these inconveniences, the rest of my stay was somewhat enjoyable. I appreciated the various facilities available.
