The location was perfect for us as we were catching the ferry to Corsica. It is a relatively short walk - much shorter than Google suggests. Very convenient for exploring Little Venice and the main sights.
The host was very difficult to get hold of and we ended up using WhatsApp the night before we travelled. This caused us anxiety as we do not speak Italian and were expecting to arrive late at night. Even Booking.Com got back to us apologising. A simple standard message sent using the booking.com temlate messaging would have let us know what to expect, e.g. Check-in details will be provided at midday on your day of arrival after you have filled in the registration details via a link to be sent to you. He did send us the code separately which was fortunate as the link was not in the safe list of domains held for this property by booking and had been removed.
We also had a query during our stay to which he never responded.
The property was warm even in late September but there was a fan which we found hidden in the wardrobe and there was a bit of a smell from the drains which went once you opened the windows.
The property is a bit tired and in need of some maintenance.
The wardrobe door does not slide easily - it has come off its runners.
The shutter is still missing from one of the front windows which would be a concern if someone was using the sofa bed.
There is an almost continuously dripping tap in the bathroom
Only one of the 4 sockets by the bed worked - this was probably due to mice in the wall - their scratching was clearly audible one night.
It would be nice to have a mug or large cup from which to drink hot drinks. An espresso cup is too small for a tea or hot chocolate. A kettle would have been useful.
As others have observed the sofa is oddly shaped and and a bit uncomfortable.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, es war nur zu warm 🥵 in den Räumen.
Leider hat die Klimaanlage nichts gebracht.

Excellent location for visiting Pisa and catching a ferry as within walking distance to port.
Lots of restaurants nearby.

Scarsa attenzione dell’host nei nostri confronti . Difficile mettersi in contatto per eventuali segnalazioni. Sulla porta d’ingresso nessuna insegna relativa al l’appartamento, ci abbiamo impiegato un po’ per capire dove entrare e al telefono l’host non ha risposto. Appena entrati abbiamo sentito un forte odore fastidioso che pensavamo fosse dovuto ai profumatori d’ambiente collocati a più prese nell’appartamento. Tolti i profumatori si è evidenziato un odore continuo come di pattumiere che ci ha tolto anche il sonno . Altra cosa, il forno a microonde che doveva esserci secondo il foglio della prenotazione e mancava, così come le tazze per la colazione.
