A stunning apartment set within a renovated 17th-century building, overlooking the port of Livorno. The setting is truly charming — I especially loved the spacious living room and the collection of antique maps, which add so much character to the space. The brand-new kitchen is also worth highlighting, offering modern comfort while preserving the historic atmosphere.
The location is fantastic, right in Livorno’s picturesque “New Venice” district, so called for its charming canals. With plenty of restaurants and bars just steps away, it’s the perfect place to experience the city centre.

It is a spacious, clean apartment in a very good location. Very good restaurants in the area.
I didn’t realize there was no AC which in itself is not so bad as there is a fan however the noise level (music, band, vespas) go well past midnight as you need to keep the windows open for air.
You need your phone to unlock the main door. I would have preferred a code. I don’t go out with a phone all the time.
A blow dryer might be nice.
