About this apartment rental
Elegant, finely furnished and bright apartment, also suitable for families. It is located in the historic center, in the San Niccolò district, a part of Florence much loved by the Florentines.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms: one with private bathroom with shower and the other with double bed and in the mezzanine of this room there is also 1 single bed (foldable).
Another full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Large living room with double sofa bed, TV, with dining area and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster).
The apartment is also equipped with all comforts: free A/C and Wi-Fi, independent heating.
Third floor without lift, but with comfortable steps.

The apartment was very spacious and was on a street with restaurants etc and in walking distance to the shopping district in Florence! The stairs were a challenge with luggage but to be expected.

Check in was a hassle. I wish we had someone welcoming us and walking through everything at home.
However, the property is in a prime location and hostess was available anytime to address the issues that came up as the time went by.
I would highly recommend this place for a tranquil vacation in Florence.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I staying the weekend in Florence. Were studying abroad in Rome and didn’t want to stay somewhere very crowded. The quiet street was perfect and located in close walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The bridge was only a short walk away and had an amazing time at the Ufizzi. The host was so helpful and communicative and the place was great!
