We believe our family cottage is pretty special—a two-year conversion from an abandoned cow barn, which is about 150 years old. Nestled in a peaceful location with private views, this cozy retreat is the perfect getaway for those looking to unwind and recharge.
-Step inside and be transported back in time as you admire the vintage decor and unique objects that fill the space.
-A little French influence decorates the cottage, creating a homely, snug, and intimate atmosphere full of antiques, curios, and memorabilia.
-Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area provide a warm, relaxed setting for family and friends.
-The cottage features a private garden and patio, the ideal spots to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings.
-Located on the edge of the wonderful Dalby Forest—from the front door, you’ll have a direct view of the forest.
The location offers an abundance of activities while still being secluded:
-The view overlooks a private valley, accessible only from your cottage, allowing guests exclusive space to explore.
-Perfect for exploring the countryside or simply soaking up the peaceful atmosphere, making this the ultimate holiday destination.
Lovingly restored without altering the original footprint of the building:
- The cottage exudes a welcoming and homely charm—so much so, we’ve even had several marriage proposals here (all of which were accepted!), and a few requests to hold the wedding right on the property.

-Distinctive Glamping wagons on a separate part of the farm are available for larger groups.
