I truly wish I could give a rating of 10. The host Tosha was above and beyond exceptional. I do not recall a response to any of my questions taking longer than 5 minutes (most times it was within seconds). The house itself also received a 10. It looks like the inside had been newly renovated with exceptional decor. I cook all my meals and found everything I needed to prepare any meal. The backyard was beautiful the one time I ventured out there (weather did no cooperate my whole stay). They have orange and lemon trees that are flurishing with an abundance of citrus. Unbelievable! I highly recommend this property if you are in the area! You will love it!

Great place. We would stay at this lovely place again. It was well appointed and stocked. Tosha was excellent to work with and always available.

This home is a.pwrfect home away from home. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the dishes you need to fix multiple types of food. The backyard is a beautiful paradise; in a very quiet neighborhood. With fruit trees. The fresh lemonage was amazing.The beds and amenities were spot on as described. Bed was very comfortable.Game selection and books were fun too.We used the home as a base to visit friends and family. It is centrally located to any convenience you can think of. We plan to stay here again when we return to Sacramento.
