CASA BELLA is located in the upper part of the village of Moltrasio, a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como. Famous for its breathtaking landscape and peaceful atmosphere.

It consists of: large and bright open space living room with kitchen. Sofa with TV area, relaxation area with lake view armchairs, dining table and large kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 2 complete bathrooms with bath and shower. CASA BELLA enjoys ample space and an incredible lake view from the terrace, from the living area and from one of the bedrooms.

Outside you can enjoy the private garden, furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers.

Guests can use the washing machine located in the laundry room (shared).

The flat, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has wi-fi internet signal throughout the house, but no air conditioning. However, fans will be available for guests.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCASA BELLA can only be reached on foot by climbing about 50 steps. The effort, however, will be repaid by the incredible view the property offers.

It is therefore not the place for those with mobility problems and for your convenience, we recommend a light luggage.

The flat does not have a private parking space. Free public parking spaces are available 200 to 400 metres away.MOLTRASIO & SURROUNDINGSMoltrasio is a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como, famous for its breathtaking scenery and quiet atmosphere. It is one of the most charming places in the area, with narrow alleys, traditional houses and incredible views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The village is 10 km from Como and 5 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Switzerland. Moltrasio is an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but at the same time offers a convenient location for exploring the town of Como and other lake resorts. The town also offers the Lido, excellent for sunny summer days.

In the town of Moltrasio there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. To reach them on foot, you will have to walk up some long stairs, as the property is located in the upper part of the town.

Please note that there is a grocery shop in the centre of Moltrasio, but no super market. The nearest super market is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 5 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

A 1-minute walk from the flat you will find the bus stop, while for the boat you will have to get off in the part of the village near the lake, in Piazza San Rocco, 15 minutes away.

Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
