The apartment was nice enough. Communication with the property manager, Sabrina, was great and I appreciated how accessible she was throughout our stay. There did seem to be an issue with mosquitoes in the apartment— we found at least 5 different mosquitoes in the three-day duration of our stay.
The check-in/check-out process is a nightmare. Access information is not provided until the exact check-in time, but the keys have to be picked up at a separate location, so you cannot plan in advance to arrive there. You are also required to drop the keys at that location for check-out. I do not think that is clearly disclosed in the property description. Another note, the property does not have an elevator and the stairwell is quite steep, narrow, and dark (this is disclosed in the property description, but it is a bit buried).
