The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.
1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony.
2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property. Sea Side Villa will charge a $500 fine for violations.

It was extra clean! Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Area, etc, The only issue was the email I received from the host did not have the code to the gate to enter. However, when I called him, he did return my call immediately.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling and mold on air conditioner vents. The patio door did not lock. Location was great. The unit space was small but described accurately. Texted owner did not receive a response.
