No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note: The dining table can also be used as a desk and has wheels to easily reposition in the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a two night stay at this location from June 15th-June 17th. There was a code for the gate, that gives you access to the pool but more importantly, access to the entire property/parking. In our welcome email it stated that the code was going to expire JUN 15, but we weren’t given any other direction. We left on the morning of June 16th to get supplies for breakfast. Upon our return, the gate code would not work. We called the numbers provided, the local branch didn’t answer, and the corporate support was clueless on what to do. A maintenance worker was behind us and tried typing in the code and expressed “they changed it again?!” As he did not have the correct code either. We have 4 children, and they were all starting to lose patience quickly. It was embarrassing to have to back up and try to turn around, as other guests were starting to line up behind us. They must have had the new code because they were able to access the gate. We then drove over to the local branch and they basically told my husband they couldn’t help us and we had to wait until the property manager got back to them. I went in and spoke with the general manager and team members and told them they needed to do better than that. They told me they weren’t given the new code and didn’t know who would have it. They started calling other properties and owners, with no luck. At this point 2 hours of our time was wasted, not to mention 4 kids who were hungry and stressed. They finally gave us a code to the middle gate, but it was not the code we needed for direct parking access to our villa. I expressed my concerns regarding security, as this felt like a major issue. We were told someone would call us within the next few hours with the proper code. We left and about two hours later we were called with the correct gate code and were told that Erin would be contacting us about compensation, but we never recieved that call.
