About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency in Bricqueville-sur-Mer offers this charming, single-storey 120 m² house, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 400 m² as well as a terrace. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, WiFi, sofas and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200), linen and towels included.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
- Separate WC.
For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, chromecast, connected loudspeaker, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of around 400 m², south-west facing.
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bricqueville-sur-Mer, in the Havre de la Vanlée (listed site), in a very pleasant, peaceful setting close to the sea. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Hiking and cycle touring routes, boat hire and excursions to the islands departing from Granville.
Transport links :
- You can park directly in the garage for 1 vehicle (electric vehicle socket) or in the car park outside the house which can accommodate 3 vehicles.
- Nearest train station: Coutances (18 minutes by car) or Granville (21 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Rennes (1h30 by car)
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Consumption of the socket in the garage for an electric vehicle is additional, payment on site (16 amps max, additional consumption with meter on the socket).
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be made by our service provider on site). Price €60.
- Free Wifi available.
- The owner lives next door.
- Pets allowed, two per stay. A supplement of 15€/pet/stay will be applied. Please let us know when booking.

We spent two very nice weeks here in September. The house has everything you need and is in a very quiet location. A very good restaurant is within walking distance and two others are just under 2 kilometres away. Very practical for us as dog owners: the garden is completely fenced in.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely cottage with our golden retriever Archie. It is an excellent property - really spacious and well equipped. The terrace and garden are lovely and perfect for a dog. It is very well situated to explore the region and had some very useful information and brochures in the property

Maison Ariel We loved staying in this beautiful house. There was lots of space for 6 adults and we particularly enjoyed sitting out in the garden. It is is within easy reach (drive) of plenty of beautiful towns and lots of places of interest. The facilities were extremely clean and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We would definitely stay again!
