Great dog friendly home in walking distance to Folly Field beach. This is one of the few homes that allows 4 dogs AND has an awesome in ground pool to cool off in midday. The house was great for my toddler as well and was close to everything. There is some traffic noise right outside the house as you’re off a busy road but that didn’t both us. The walk to the beach is 12 minutes and you need to cross a street to get to the path. The fence is 6’ for most of the property but only 3’ in the front so take note of that if your dogs can jump! We will definitely be back

Our stay was consistent with other reviews. House is located in a great area/neighborhood with a quick drive to Folly Field Beach or a 10-15 minute walk. The beach has a great public access with a boardwalk to the beach (no stairs) and nice public restrooms & showers. We stayed here b/c we really like this beach access and neighborhood. The house & property while clean, do need some overall maintenance. The positives are the pool with a fenced backyard, washer & dryer to clean your beach towels, refrigerator with an ice maker. Beds were comfortable and TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We also stayed here b/c of it being dog-friendly but the entire backyard is gravel and the fencing is in need of repair. Both gates on either side, while did latch did not seem too secure. The pool was not very clean and was in need of vacuuming. You will also most likely need to skim the pool of leaves everyday due to the trees. We asked for the leaves to be blown off the patio (it was Sept) and the pool to be cleaned. While they were responsive and came to blow leaves the same day, they never did come to clean the pool. The pool “toys”, beach chairs & kayak they claim to be available are stored outside and were not clean/useable. The kitchen is open and has all appliances needed but it is very sparse on glassware and any extra utensils (no scissors, no ice cream scoop, etc). It has the bare minimum for cooking. All in all it is suitable but could use some TLC.
