This was a perfect stay for our family. Great location, very close to the beach. 5 minute drive to Coligny Beach free public parking lot. The beds, couches and chairs were extremely comfortable. Pool in the neighborhood was very nice and clean. There were a few beach chairs and beach wagon, but honestly easier just to rent umbrella/chairs right on the beach. Go to Watusi cafe for morning coffee/Breakfast! Locally owned and have great coffee/pastries, but also full breakfast and lunch. The Bank is an amazing place with no wait for dinner! Coligny plaza is nice shopping, but restaurants were very crowded and long waits for dinner. Overall, this was a very nice vacation home and we would definitely stay again.

Loved being close to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful and pretty.

Refrigerator not working upon arrival (was repaired after 24 hours), musty smell in unit, found hair in shower drain (not cleaned). Location was good, unit could be very nice with the above remediated.
